The company is a member of Publishing Scotland and a member of Literature Alliance Scotland, and we purchase annual membership of the Society of Young Publishers for all of our of our staff and interns.

Leamington is a CIC (Community Interest Company) in Scotland and we have prioritised working with neurodivergent, disabled and chronically ill writers, editors and interns.
